Qualifications

• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, and develop new or revised applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development from design to testing and implementation, with user support.
• Provide expert analysis of complex problems and recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Implement security measures in post-implementation reviews to ensure system integrity.

• Define operating standards and processes; mentor junior analysts as SME.
• Assess risk in business decisions and comply with Citi policies and regulations.
