Job summary

Adani is seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive TOS and integration initiatives across Ports & Logistics IT. The role focuses on design solution, project management, and ensuring value delivery from deployed systems.

You will review requirements, lead architecture, coordinate with stakeholders at the local site, and manage portfolio execution while improving system performance and interfaces across multiple business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in TOS and Integration.
• 7+ years IT leadership experience in Ports & Logistics IT preferred.
• Prior experience in Ports & Logistics IT systems and applications is required.
• Audit exposure or any certification is preferred.
• Support or manage roster is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the Scope and define technical requirements of IT systems & Business Applications.
• Systems Integrations, Process Improvement & Solution architecture.
• Design Solution & incorporating system automation, and infrastructures components; system performance optimizations and value engineering.
• Identify business applications in the areas of expertise, work with Business Owners, Technology partners and drive the projects to success.
• Ensure business value delivery from each of the IT solutions deployed and under deployment.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and database associates for system availability.
• Ensure Project Execution and stake holder Coordination at Local Site.
• Schedule and Plan activities with dependencies to identify the technical issues/conflicts.
• High Level Reports and Documentation.

Ability to Study existing systems, programs, integrate and support various business systems (Container TOS, Non-Container TOS, Logistics TOS, Interfaces, Mobile apps, Other port applications i.e CLMS / HRMS, Audit Compliance for Statutory/Internal/MAAS etc.) Design Solution, Project management and implementation and build collaboration platform and contribute towards port & terminal operations.

Experience & Educational Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(degree, training, or certification required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a premier institute
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

• 10+ years of experience in TOS and Integration experience
• 7+ years of IT leadership experience preferred in Ports & Logistics IT is required, where ability to manage IT portfolio specific to Ports & Logistics is clearly demonstrated
• 4+ years in demand & portfolio management work where progressive growth and supervisory experience has been demonstrated
• Prior experience in Ports & Logistics IT systems and applications is required.
• Audit exposure or any certification is preferred.
• Support or manage roster is required.
