Job description
Role Overview:

The Application Specialist (USG & Mammography) will provide technical, clinical, and educational support for ultrasound (USG) and mammography equipment. And will act as the bridge between the company's product team and the end users (radiologists, sonographers, clinicians, hospital staff).

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Demonstration & Installation Support
  • Conduct demos of ultrasound and mammography systems at hospitals, diagnostic centers, or trade exhibitions.
  • Support installation and ensure clinical acceptance of equipment.
  • Train users on operating protocols and applications.
2. Customer Training & Support
  • Provide hands‑on training to radiologists and technicians.
  • Offer advanced applications training to optimize image quality and workflow.
  • Address user queries and troubleshooting related to applications.
3. Clinical Support & Workflow Optimization
  • Assist clients in integrating new systems into their existing clinical workflow.
  • Gather clinical feedback to help improve product usability and performance.
4. Sales & Marketing Collaboration
  • Support the sales team by conducting product demonstrations during pre-sales.
  • Provide clinical inputs during tenders, product presentations, and marketing events.
5. Feedback & Product Improvement
  • Work closely with R&D or product management teams to relay user feedback.
  • Contribute to training material, documentation, and new feature recommendations.
