Job summary

ESP Engineered seeks Application Security Analysts to support application security testing and vulnerability assessments. The role focuses on identifying security flaws in applications, particularly for banking and financial services clients.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of programming concepts and familiarity with web application architecture. Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.

In addition, candidates with exposure to the Banking or BFSI domain, as well as related certifications like CEH, will be preferred.

• Conduct Application Security Testing, including static and dynamic analysis
• Identify vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10 issues
• Analyze application logic and security controls
• Document findings and provide remediation guidance
• Collaborate with development and customer teams to address security risks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of programming concepts (any language such as Java, Python, .NET, etc.)
• Familiarity with web application architecture
• Knowledge of common application security vulnerabilities
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Banking or BFSI domain environments

Preferred Certification

• CEH or related application security certifications

Compensation

• Salary may be higher for candidates demonstrating strong application security skills

Service Agreement / Bond
