Overview

Ankura Hospitals is a chain of super specialty hospitals for women and children. We are hiring for the role of Application Specialist - IT.

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 6 Lacs to 12 Lacs

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
    • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Healthcare Operations Alignment
    • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow integration.
    • Support digitization projects such as HIMS/EMR, CRM, patient portals, and mobile applications.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a primary point of contact between management, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
    • Facilitate regular project review meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
    • Gather requirements from doctors, nurses, operations, and finance to align IT solutions.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify gaps in existing healthcare workflows and recommend process optimizations.
    • Drive automation initiatives to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Must have good experience in Vendor Management
  • Must have good collaboration skills with cross functional teams to plan, implement and monitor
  • Must have good negotiation skills with Vendors
  • Have to take care of entire documentation process
  • Should be good at presentation

Candidates should be open for 6 days working with Work from Office mode only

Candidates must have good experience in End to End project handling
