Job summary

Zensar is seeking an experienced L3 Application Packaging Engineer in Pune to lead Intune-based deployments and migrations from SCCM. You will craft and maintain Win32 apps, detection rules, and supersedence, while troubleshooting complex deployments in a large enterprise environment.

You will develop PowerShell automation, support lifecycle management and patches, and collaborate with Autopilot, Entra ID, and endpoint security teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise application packaging, Intune-based deployments, SCCM-to-Intune migration, and endpoint management in large-scale environments.
• Create and maintain Win32 applications, detection rules, dependencies, and supersedence in Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex application deployment and installation issues.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Support application lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades.
• Work with Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security teams.
• Prepare deployment documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and act as the technical escalation point.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging and deployment of Win32/MSIX/MSI apps via Intune and MECM/SCCM.
• Maintain App Deployment configurations, detection rules, and supersedence in Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures across large fleet environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell scripts and runbooks.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint management initiatives.
• Create deployment SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.

Certifications (Preferred)
