Job summary

Sandoz is seeking an experienced Technology & Infrastructure leader to own multi-cloud platform delivery in a global environment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Operations to design fit-for-purpose infrastructure that supports application platforms across domains, with a focus on AWS and Azure.

With a minimum of 10+ years in infrastructure and DevOps, you will drive reliable, secure, and compliant operations, oversee governance, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery of

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology infrastructure.
• Experience in multi-cloud hosting environments (AWS/Azure).
• Ability to design infra to operate application software/services on Cloud.
• Ability to deliver secure and compliant infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technology & Infrastructure accountable for project delivery and/or operations in a multi-cloud hosting environment
• Partner with Functional IT domains for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and infrastructure delivery
• Drive sustainable operations of systems and applications in scope (both Global and Local) ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.
• Create the detailed infra design to operate the application software/services on Cloud (AWS/Azure), virtualized Hosting platforms (converged and hyper converged platform)
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of applications.
• Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
• Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
• Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function / service area.

Job description

End-to-end accountability to deliver secure and compliant infrastructure solutions leveraging Sandoz’s global multi-cloud platforms, to enable the application platforms supporting specific domains. Integrate Service Delivery, Engineering, and Operations to provide reliable infrastructure that enables business solutions. The position collaborates with strategic business partners, architecture and security, to design fit for purpose infrastructure solutions and platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

What you’ll bring to the role:

Minimum 10+years of experience in total.

• Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact
• Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.
• Establish and follow governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation.
