Job summary

Vanguard in Hyderabad, India, is hiring for an advanced-level system analyst and backend engineer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs. You will build secure, scalable Java/Spring Boot services and AWS microservices, while implementing OAuth/Okta/JWT security and monitoring with Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
• Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Python Basics.
• Excellence in AWS - Lambda, step functions, Dynamo DB, S3, ECS .
• Working knowledge of Splunk, Honeycomb, Cloud watch
• Good understanding in API security - OAUTH/OKTA jwts
• Proficiency in TDD / BDD- Test Automation Skills (Cucumber).
• Experience in Version: Java 17; Python 3.9+; Spring Boot 3.0 +

Role Summary

This role provides advanced-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases under general direction, and leads backend optimization, data integration, documentation, and secure, scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
