Job summary

Kramer Electronics India is seeking an Application Engineer based in Delhi with 8+ years of experience in the Audio Visual industry, covering both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support. The role requires deep AV product knowledge and the ability to provide design solutions to customers, dealers, consultants and internal teams.

Responsibilities include addressing product queries, delivering trainings, onsite and online support, and coordinating with HQ for new product information.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Audio Visual industry in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with AV design and product support.
• CTS/CCNA awareness or certification preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address product queries and provide product support.
• Provide AV design solutions to customers, dealers, consultants and internal sales.
• Liaise with HQ technical support for product updates and information.
• Deliver trainings on products and technology to dealers/channel partners.
• Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, onsite and online assistance.
• Coordinate with Service team to ensure faster response and resolution.

About the Role

Kramer Electronics India is looking for an Application Engineer based out of Delhi We are looking for an 8+ years experienced professional who has a deep understanding of AV technologies and has handled product support.

Responsibilities – Pre-Sales

• Responsible for addressing product queries and enquiries, and product support.


• Responsible for providing AV design solutions with the company's product portfolio to customers, dealers, consultants and the internal sales team.


• Liaising with the HQ technical support team for new product updates, product information, etc.


• Delivering trainings on products and technology to dealers/channel partners in the region.

Responsibilities – Post-Sales

• Providing after-sales support in terms of product information, troubleshooting, onsite support and online support.


• Liaising with the Service team to ensure faster response time and resolution of any open issues for the region.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Should have a minimum of 8+ years experience in the Audio Visual industry in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support.


• Education Qualification: Bachelors of engineering or similar educational qualification


• Should be well versed and updated on the latest technologies in the Audio Visual domain.


• Should be well versed with networking technologies., Certifications like CTS, CCNA preferred.


• Should have good communication skills.
