Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Application Development Lead Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Go (GoLang), AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Graph DB. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and systems, leveraging cloud technologies and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Works within an agile team to develop, test, and maintain business applications built on Salesforce technologies
• Reads user stories and develops solutions to simple design problems
• Prepares necessary reports, manuals and other documentation as needed
• Designs, develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standards
• Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and configurations
• Supports packaging and deployment of releases
• Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications
• Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems
• Adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
• Provides third-level support to business users
• Monitors the performance of internal systems
• Attends scrum ceremony meetings and design sessions

Qualifications

• Required skills: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Go (GoLang). Implement serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions. Database Management: design and manage Graph DB schemas and queries. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Cloud Integration: develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. Utilize AWS services for scalable and efficient application development. System Architecture: collaborate with architects to design robust and scalable system architectures. Ensure applications are built with security, scalability, and performance in mind. Continuous Improvement: continuously improve application performance and user experience. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application development. Collaboration and Communication: work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. Documentation and Reporting: create and maintain detailed documentation for application design, development, and deployment. Generate reports on application performance and project status.
• Required Experience & Education: College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in application development. Proven experience with Go (GoLang), AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Graph DB. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing. Proficiency in Go (GoLang) programming language. Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and Step Functions. Knowledge of Graph DB technologies and query languages.
• Location & Hours of Work: Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
