Job summary

BAUER Group in Mumbai, India, seeks an Application Developer - Workflow and Process Automation to design and implement business processes with a workflow system. You will develop ergonomic interfaces and integrate with SAP and MS SharePoint, while maintaining existing workflows and documenting requirements.

Relevant BPM tools and strong Java/web skills are required. The role includes training, documentation, and internal user support in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education.
• Experience with BPM/workflow tools such as IBM BPM, Axon.ivy, Activiti, Bonita, jBPM, etc.
• Strong Core Java programming skills.
• Proficient in web technologies (PrimeFaces, JSF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Fluent English communication (speaking and writing).

For our subsidiary BAUER Corporate Services Private Limited in Mumbai, India we are searching for a new IT team member as an Application Developer - Workflow and Process Automation (m/f/x).

Responsibilities

• Implementation of business processes with a workflow management system
• Development of ergonomic user interfaces and interfaces to our core systems such as SAP or MS SharePoint
• Maintenance and continuous further development of existing workflows as well as analysis and recording of the requirements in the departments
• Documentation, training and contact persons for internal users
• Administration of applications and servers and user support requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
• Relevant working experience with any of the Business Process Management / Workflow tools, like IBM BPM, Axon.ivy, Activiti, Bonita, jBPM, etc.
• Good programming skills in Core JAVA is a must
• Good knowledge of web technologies (PrimeFaces, JSF, HTML, CSS, Java Script)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
