Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Application Developer – Test Automation to contribute to test automation across the full project lifecycle, proposing innovative automation approaches while ensuring existing functionality remains intact.

You will work with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java in an Agile environment, creating scalable automation frameworks and scripts, and collaborating with QA teams to improve testing efficiency.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of experience in application testing/automation in banking or services tech.
• Hands-on experience with test automation script creation and modification.
• Proficient with Selenium, Cucumber, JIRA, and Agile/BDD frameworks.

## Application Developer\\_Test AutomationApply: Hybrid: DLF CYBERCITY 12B: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: November 6, 2026 (7 days left to apply): 261001110The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities and applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.**Responsibilities:*** This role which requires candidate to be involved in the full project lifecycle, bring in innovative smart automation suggestion to testing new developments provide the anticipated functionality and to ensure current functionality is unaffected.* Hands-on expertise in tools - Selenium, BDD, TestNG, Cucumber with good concepts of Java - OOPS concepts* Good understanding of how to connect with Test Data - Selenium* Awareness in creation of Framework / knowledge in updating the scenarios.* Need exposure in usage of variables in Test Data. Knowledge in optimization of execution approaches.* Good to have - grid implementation, cucumber customization, multi browser implementation.* Need Exposure in Selenium Framework. Certifications in Selenium would be an added advantage.* Good command of SQL query and Database testing - Working knowledge* Create quality test cases, scenarios & ensuring quality assurance for software development projects in various stages & managing process control as per standards.* Exposure on functional Test Automation & hybrid, keyword-driven, data-driven, Behavior Driven, Fast automation frameworks.* Hand-on experience on continuous integration will be an added advantage., Exposure to TeamCity* Hands-on experience in creating automation scripts, functions, reusable components using VB Script., Java* Good knowledge of JIRA Testing and defect Mgmt. tool with JIRA Zephyr Test Mgmt. Tool* Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.* Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts for requirement/user story validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing.* Provide accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration and work effort, along with confidence level, and foreseeable dependencies in Agile and waterfall.* Responsible for test data conditioning* Trace test cases and results back to specific user stories/requirements/quality risks.* Responsible for daily status reporting at project level**Qualifications:*** 5-8 years of experience, working in similar roles across banking or services technology; Knowledge of Corporate banking and trade finance.
