Job summary

IBM India Private Limited in Gurgaon is seeking an Application Developer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with functional design documents.

You will lead technical design, development, testing, migration, and data migration activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality applications and minimal disruption during upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience creating detailed technical designs for Dynamics Finance and Operations aligned with functional design documents.
Experience developing functionalities for Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions per technical designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with testing and documentation of developed solutions and processes.
Experience with application migration and upgrade projects and maintaining data integrity.
Exposure to data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions aligned with functional design documents. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality applications while maintaining best practice methodologies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Technical Design and Specification: Create detailed technical designs and specifications for Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with functional design documents and best practice methodologies.
Solution Development: Develop functionalities for Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions, adhering to technical designs and specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Testing and Documentation: Perform thorough testing of developed solutions, identify and resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation of solutions and processes.
Application Migration and Upgrades: Participate in application migration and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining data integrity.
Data Migration: Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions.
