Job summary

Citigroup Markets & Banking’s Markets Operations Technology is seeking an Application Developer Intermediate Programmer Analyst to deliver front-office FX/Local Markets applications. You will own development tasks, work across the full lifecycle, conduct code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and documentation.

Collaboration with remote teams and business analysts is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical development, strong Oracle/UNIX/SQL skills, and exposure to DevOps

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands on experience in pure technical roles in development of various software applications.
• Strong experience in database (Oracle) on a UNIX platform with expertise in database design and SQL scripting knowledge and performance tuning.
• Experience with low-latency, high-availability transactional applications is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Lightspeed, Harness, etc.
• Graduation/Post Graduation qualifications in Engineering with good academic record.

• Ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the team’s expectation.
• Involve in the entire lifecycle of the development project.
• Understand requirements from Project Lead and ensure quality deliverables.
