Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies in Pune, India, is seeking a Junior App Developer with hands-on experience in React Native and React.js to join our product engineering team.

You will build mobile, tablet, and PWA features, integrate REST APIs, work with agile teams, and contribute to the full development lifecycle under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in React Native and/or React.js development.
• Strong internship or project experience may be considered for candidates at the lower end of the experience range.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn mobile, cloud, and IoT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and tablet applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
• Build and maintain React.js / PWA modules.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data.
• Work with third‑party services such as FCM, SMS, Email, and Payment Gateways.
• Debug and resolve application issues identified by QA or reported in production.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Support application builds, releases, and version upgrades for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow Git-based development practices.
• Contribute to application performance and user‑experience improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior App Developer with hands‑on experience in React Native and/or React.js to join our product engineering team.

You will work on mobile, tablet, and Progressive Web App (PWA) applications, integrate REST APIs, develop new features, fix bugs, and contribute to the complete application development lifecycle under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and tablet applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
• Build and maintain React.js / PWA modules.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data.
• Work with third‑party services such as FCM, SMS, Email, and Payment Gateways.
• Debug and resolve application issues identified by QA or reported in production.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
