Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Systems Management Specialist to install, configure, and administer SAP landscapes including ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, Solution Manager, and S/4HANA. You will manage SAP HANA and other databases, perform system refreshes, upgrades, and patching, and coordinate across infra teams.

You will also handle SAP transports, security configurations, HA/DR, and cloud environments such as SAP RISE, Azure, AWS, and GCP, applying automation to improve operations and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with SAP BASIS administration and landscape management.
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA database administration experience.

And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills:Strong expertise in SAP BASIS administration and landscape management.Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Database Administration.Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, and monitoring tools.Hands-on experience with system upgrades, migrations, and homogeneous/heterogeneous system copies.Expertise in transport management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.Knowledge of SAP security, SSL certificates, SSO, and Web Dispatcher administration.Familiarity with cloud technologies and SAP RISE environments.Scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, Python) is an added advantage.8+ years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.SAP BASIS/HANA certification preferred.Experience working in 24x7 production support environments.Exposure to ITIL processes and service management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to mentor junior team members and lead critical activities.Experience handling customer interactions and major incident management.Being YouThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
