Job summary

Orbion Infotech in Bengaluru seeks an Appian Architect/Senior Developer to design end-to-end Appian solutions for Fortune 500 clients across BFSI, healthcare, and public sector. You will lead workshops to model complex processes and integrate with ERP/CRM systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

You will architect high-availability Appian environments on AWS/Azure, enforce best practices, and mentor a delivery team while collaborating with security and compliance teams to meet SOC2, GDPR, and audit

Qualifications

• Appian certification requirements and core Appian design skills.
• Experience configuring Appian components and integrations in enterprise settings.
• Ability to design scalable, compliant Appian solutions with DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Appian solutions from discovery to deployment.
• Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to translate processes into Appian apps and integrations.
• Architect high-availability Appian environments on cloud and hybrid infra with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define and enforce Appian best practices including SAIL, object reuse, performance tuning, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with security/compliance teams to meet SOC2, GDPR, and audit requirements.
• Mentor junior Appian developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality.

• Design and implement end-to-end Appian solutions from discovery to deployment — ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex process flows into optimized Appian applications and integration patterns.
• Architect high-availability Appian environments on cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructures, integrating with ERP, CRM, and legacy systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define and enforce Appian best practices — SAIL component design, object reuse strategies, performance tuning, and deployment automation using Appian DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet SOC2, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
• Mentor junior Appian developers and conduct code reviews to maintain architectural integrity and elevate team delivery standards.
