Job summary

Consult Asia in Hyderabad is seeking an API Management expert to design, develop and manage Apigee API gateways, proxies, shared flows and security policies. You will implement OAuth 2.0 and JWT across services and drive secure API lifecycles.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams on GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker tooling and API monitoring to ensure robust, scalable APIs with strong troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of API Management experience with Apigee Edge/X.
• Proficient in OAuth 2.0, JWT and API security.
• Experience with GCP, CI/CD, Docker and API monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage Apigee API gateways, proxies, shared flows and security policies.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication across APIs.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment for APIs.
• Monitor APIs, troubleshoot issues and support the API lifecycle management.
