Job summary

HR PLACEMENT CONSULTANTS (HRPC) is seeking a software engineer to design, develop and maintain secure REST APIs using Java/Spring Boot (or Node.js) on microservices. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CS, and strong debugging skills.

You will build AWS-based microservices, implement OAuth2/JWT security, write OpenAPI docs, and collaborate with global teams across London and India on a live airport-services platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on REST API development experience.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot or Node.js with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with OAuth2/JWT and API security.
• Exposure to AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS) is desirable.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs.
