Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain full stack web applications in collaboration with the team.
2. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
3. Perform SQL query tuning and provide recommendations for optimizing resource-intensive queries.
4. Conduct root cause analysis on failures, resolve performance issues, and optimize queries.
5. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define specifications and develop new features.
6. Design and implement web services.
7. Guide the team on best practices and constraints within web platform environments.
8. Identify bottlenecks proactively, fix bugs, and improve performance.
9. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
10. Ensure adherence to testing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of APEX development experience.
• Experience with Oracle database, MySQL; MS SQL and NoSQL are a plus.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, docker-compose).
• Programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript.
• Experience with Git version control (GitLab).
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with REST Web Services.
• Strong systems thinking, adaptable to high-level and detailed implementation, open to new ideas.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Level certification.
• Product or service ownership, or project management experience.
• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and capable of working across diverse technologies, including legacy systems.
• Experience with PHP, Groovy, Java, Ansible, and Go.
