Job summary

Quagmire IT Services LLP in Pune is seeking an experienced front-end specialist to lead a team and drive delivery of high-quality web applications. The role focuses on Angular, HTML, CSS with NGRX/RxJS, and a strong emphasis on technical leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BE/MCA with 7–10 years of experience.
• Pune local candidates preferred.
• Strong front-end technical leadership and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a dev team.
• Lead design, implementation, debugging and deployment of front-end apps.
• Stay updated on latest front-end trends and tools.
• Guide Agile ceremonies and team rituals as defined by the customer.
• Conduct code reviews and foster high-performance collaboration.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines into development processes.
• Collaborate with back-end, design and product management teams.
• Promote adoption of new technologies to improve quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex development issues to meet milestones.
