Job summary

Quantela is looking for a motivated fresher Angular Developer to contribute to developing, testing, and maintaining web applications for government departments, citizen service portals, e‑Governance platforms, and administrative systems.

The candidate should have basic HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript knowledge, foundational TypeScript and Angular concepts, a willingness to learn, good communication, and the ability to collaborate with teammates to build secure, responsive, accessible user interfaces.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Fundamental knowledge of TypeScript and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Angular components, templates, data binding, directives, and services.
• Understanding Angular routing and forms, preferably reactive forms.
• Basic awareness of dependency injection and the Angular component lifecycle.
• Fundamental understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and client-server communication.
• Familiarity with Git or another version control system.
• Basic knowledge of responsive web design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular Material.
• Willingness to learn debugging, testing, security, and frontend performance optimization.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web development fundamentals, basic knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teammates. The candidate should be interested in building secure, responsive, accessible, and user-friendly applications that support government services and public service delivery.

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Fundamental knowledge of TypeScript and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Angular components, templates, data binding, directives, and services.
• Understanding Angular routing and forms, preferably reactive forms.

Note: Candidates with academic projects, internships, personal projects, or practical training in Angular will be preferred.

Good To Have

• Experience building a small web application using Angular.
• Familiarity with RxJS, Observables, and asynchronous programming.
• Basic awareness of Angular Signals and modern Angular development practices.
• Basic awareness of web security and safe handling of user input.
• Familiarity with unit testing, browser developer tools, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Exposure to Git-based collaboration, CI/CD, Docker, or Linux environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to review and understand the code they generate
