Job summary

DigiVersal Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop native Android applications within our product development team. You'll work with Android SDK, Java, and web services to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of Android development, strong English communication, and a solid understanding of MVVM/MVP/MVC patterns, plus hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum using Jira or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Android development with Android SDK
• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc degree required
• Knowledge of SQLite, JavaScript/jQuery, SVN, GIT
• MVVM, MVP, MVC design patterns familiarity
• Strong written and spoken English; team player
• Experience in Agile/Scrum using Jira or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug native Android apps.
• Write front-end UI and back-end API components.
• Follow coding guidelines and write bug-free code meeting industry standards.
• Unit test code before review.
• Participate in the complete agile software delivery cycle.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance delivery quality

• Follow the coding guideline standards and ensure to write bug free code to meet industry standards.
• Unit testing of code before sending it for review.
• Participate in the complete agile software delivery cycle, including development, testing, troubleshooting etc.
• Participate in process improvement program to improve the overall quality of the delivery process.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Android development using Android SDK, Android Studio, Java, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc degree required
• Understanding of Design Patterns MVVM, MVP, MVC preferred
• Good communication in written and spoken English

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology using JIRA or any agile tool
