Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to design, build, and optimize Anaplan models that support planning, forecasting, and strategic decision making across finance, FP&A, and sales.

You will lead requirement workshops, drive architecture discussions, ensure governance and best practices, integrate with ERP/CRM systems, and mentor teams to maximize adoption and performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Anaplan modeling and solution architecture.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Model Builder.

Job Summary

The Anaplan Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Anaplan models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and high-performance planning solutions while ensuring strong user adoption and governance.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model design, development, and maintenance.
• Anaplan certifications such as Solution Architect or Model Builder.
• Expertise in multi-dimensional modeling, model optimization, and Anaplan best practices.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with systems like ERP, CRM, and other data sources.
• Strong understanding of business planning processes in Finance, FP&A, or Sales.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, solution design, and architectural discussions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Knowledge of ETL/integration tools and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience in user training, enablement, and change management.
• Ability to support UAT, prepare documentation, and deliver post-go-live enhancements.
