Job summary

SBM Offshore seeks an Anaplan Solution Architect to design and maintain the functional architecture of Anaplan platforms. You will act as Design Authority for changes, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and coordinating with ITS, Digital portfolios teams and business stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions.

You will lead model design, dashboards, and data integration while guiding junior team members and driving performance improvements across Anaplan deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferred); Model Builder Level 2 (minimum).
• 8+ years of experience delivering EPM solutions or IT projects with at least 5 years on Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Design Authority for changes impacting Anaplan solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Solution Leads and stakeholders to capture requirements and value opportunities.
• Propose standardization and optimization of business processes across functions in alignment with Global Process Owners.
• Lead architecture and design of comprehensive Anaplan solutions meeting organization needs and best practices.
• Coordinate with ITS and Digital Teams to ensure alignment with global company standards.
• Build and configure Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports aligned to business needs.
• Develop technical specs and data integration designs for seamless system integration.
• Provide technical leadership to junior model builders and business teams.
• Monitor Anaplan performance and conduct regular model reviews for optimization.
• Maintain mapping of processes, functionalities, and data within Anaplan perimeter.
• Stay current with Anaplan trends and incorporate them into solutions.
• Support relationships with Anaplan and implementation partners.
• Contribute to Budget definition.

Description:

Purpose

The Anaplan Solution Architect is responsible for the design of the functional architecture of the Anaplan, maintaining this architecture overtime as well as reviewing future developments in cooperation with ITS teams, Digital portfolios teams and other Business stakeholders. He / She will be the Design Authority for any new requested changes on the Anaplan solutions and ensure architecture alignment with Anaplan and roadmap. The Anaplan Solution Architect will also be responsible for providing design solutions and options to best answer Business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Design Authority for any changes impacting Anaplan solution.
• Work closely with Digital Solution Leads and Business stakeholders to understand their requirements and processes, and to identify areas where the Anaplan can provide value.
• Propose business processes standardization and optimization within and across business functions, in alignment with the corresponding GPO (Global Process Owners).
• Lead the architecture and design of comprehensive Anaplan solutions that meet the needs of the organization, following standards of performance and reliability incorporating Anaplan (industry) Best practices.
• Work with Digital Solution Leads, Project Managers and Technical teams to ensure that the changes in Anaplan are implemented successfully and as per Design.
• Build and configure Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and data integration designs to ensure seamless integration with existing system
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior model builders and other team members including business teams.
• Monitor the performance of Anaplan, conduct regular reviews of Anaplan models to identify and implement performance improvements.
• Build and Maintain overview and detailed mapping of business processes, functionalities, and data within the perimeter of Anaplan
• Collaborate with ITS and Digital Teams to ensure alignment with global company standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Anaplan and incorporate them into the organizations software solutions as appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining relationships with Anaplan and implementation partners.
• Contribute to Budget definition.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• Certification: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferrable) Model Builder Level 2 (minimum)
• 8+ years of experience in delivering EPM Solutions or IT projects with at least 5 years of experience on Anaplan Platform.
