Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Innovation Solutions Associate in Bengaluru to drive analytics, automation and BI initiatives for regulatory reporting teams.

You will implement automation using Python, Tableau and Alteryx, while collaborating with stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions and improve data quality across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Tech (CS/IT) or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting and process automation solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL, Databricks, Python and/or Alteryx.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with integrating LLM capabilities via APIs or prompts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

Job description

The FRRA Innovation team develops and delivers Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Intelligent Automation Solutions, that empower regulatory reporting teams to operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. As an Innovation Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing the department’s multi-year transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement process automation solutions and analytics using Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Python, Tableau, Alteryx)
• Drive process discovery through partnerships with key stakeholders
• Follow established project lifecycle from end to end to deliver timely, efficient, and fit-for-purpose solutions
• Assist with various aspects of project management including development of project plans, task management, design, testing scenarios and analysis, implementation, and procedural / operating model documentation
• Collaborate with system / data owners and business project teams to improve overall data quality and implement tactical solutions to automate repetitive, manual data clean-up and aggregation work
• Develop expertise in existing and future strategic data source systems to streamline and improve information content, transparency, and delivery
• Communicate summary of analysis and findings thoroughly and succinctly (summary of facts, data sources, analyses performed, conclusions, and recommendations) to various stakeholders, including executive leadership

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Finance experience a plus.
• 4+ years’ experience in design and delivery of analytics, reporting and process automation solutions
• Proficiency with SQL, Databricks, Python and/or Alteryx
• Experience with data visualization tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with integrating LLM capabilities into analyses via API queries, prompt engineering, or other methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in collaborating with and presenting to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to learn and adopt new cutting edge technologies, toolsets and techniques
