Accenture Labs is seeking a Research & Development Senior Analyst to join the Software Engineering research team. You will contribute to exploring Agentic AI impacts on software systems, develop proofs of concept, and communicate findings through academic and business forums.

The role focuses on developing novel demonstrations and prototypes, with supervision and opportunities to present to leadership and clients. Master’s in CS/SE/AI is preferred.

Job Summary

Software Engineering research team investigates implications of emerging tech like Agentic AI on software systems and software engineering. We develop thought leadership, impactful technology demonstrations and asset prototypes, and communicate research through academic and business forums. In this role, you will contribute to developing novel proof of concepts to demonstrate the future of software engineering in the Agentic AI era.
