Job summary

Cadchem Laboratories Limited is seeking an Analytical Development Chemist for its API pharma plant. The role focuses on developing and optimizing analytical methods for APIs, intermediates, and raw materials, and involves HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, and dissolution testing.

You will perform method development, validation, and transfer per ICH guidelines, plus impurity studies and stability analyses, ensuring compliance and data integrity across GMP/GLP standards.

Qualifications

• Develop and optimize analytical methods for APIs, intermediates, and raw materials.
• Perform HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, dissolution, and other analytical testing.
• Method development, optimization, validation, and method transfer as per ICH guidelines.
• Perform impurity/degradation studies and stability sample analysis.
• Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, SOPs, specifications, and COAs.
• Investigate OOS/OOT results and support troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, and R&D teams for analytical requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
• Support scale-up, process development, and technology transfer activities.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and qualification of analytical instruments.
