Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Hyderabad is seeking a Financial Research Analyst to support global capital markets coverage, tracking IPOs and secondary offerings across sectors. You’ll summarize and analyze new issues and translate findings into weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

About the role:

A global firm that helped write the playbook for quantitative investing long admired for the depth of its people and the rigor of its thinking is growing its Financial Research team in Hyderabad.

What the role looks like:

You’ll live in the primary markets tracking IPOs and secondary offerings across sectors and geographies, summarizing and analyzing new issues, and turning that into weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Benchmark operational metrics across global business lines, partner closely with trading and technology teams, and dig into large datasets to produce reports that feed real decisions.
• There’s also a strong automation angle spotting ways to make these processes faster, cleaner, and more scalable.

Who we’re looking for:

• A master’s in finance or a related field, with 1 – 2.5 years in financial research, capital markets, or a similar analytical role.
• A genuine understanding of financial markets, especially capital markets.
• Sharp analytical instincts and real curiosity about how markets work.
• Strong written and verbal communication you’ll be summarizing complex things clearly and under tight timelines.

Nice to have:

• Comfort with Advanced Excel, Python, or Power BI.
