This position supports the global SAP-QM team. The QM Specialist is responsible for global Quality Data Management processes and system used for quality control. Candidates should possess fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and have strong interpersonal skills, as this position will interface with multiple departments within the organization.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Ability to understand material specifications and related analytical methods.* Set up and maintain quality management in SAP as part of a change management process with defined business rules.* Provide end-user support and problem solving of quality management in SAP.* Work with other team members and managers to create efficient processes and consistency.* Manage monthly responsibilities on a rotational basis with other team members.* Achieve individual and team metrics for performance.* Maintain QM master data setup for Projects/ Day-to-day operationsQualifications* Strong English fluency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as this role supports a global organization.* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required; Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred.
