Helionext in Gurgaon is seeking a Prior Authorization Analyst to support US healthcare clients with authorization requests and related workflows.

You will handle Prior Authorization tasks via Web/IVR, ensuring timely updates in the client system and coordination with insurers and internal teams. This role requires night shifts and on-site work in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of Prior Authorization experience.
• Experience with US insurance providers.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.

About the role

Candidate should have in depth knowledge of doing Prior Authorization with the US based Insurance companies via Web/IVR mode and update the same in client application.
