Job summary

EY is seeking an Analyst for National Forensics - ASU, Forensics - Investigations Compliance in Mumbai. The role focuses on assisting clients with due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessments, using desktop research and proprietary databases.

The candidate should possess strong English communication skills, and have familiarity with FCPA, UKBA, OFAC guidelines, while being eager to learn and deliver high-quality client service in a dynamic, cross-functional team

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce is required.
• Master of Commerce or MBA is required.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Management or PGDM is required.
• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.
• Bachelor of Arts in English Literature is required.
• Bachelor of Business Administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with due diligence, background checks and reputational risk assessment services by gathering information on specific targets to highlight red-flags and help the client identify issues of concern and manage their risk.
• Are inclined towards desktop research by using multiple proprietary databases and general secondary sources.
• Knowledge of various red flags while entering into third party relations.
• Knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC guidelines.
• Willing to learn and go the extra mile to achieve client delight.
• Excellent communication skill (English).
