Job summary

IntegriChain is seeking a Data Analyst/Claims Analyst to support rebate processing for managed services customers. You will download and log rebate data, track submissions, and run Excel-based analyses to ensure timely, accurate payments in line with contract terms.

Applicants should have a finance/ accounting or information management background, with 1+ year of relevant experience and familiarity with ICyte or Model N systems as a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of finance, accounting, or information management preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years total experience preferred.
• Experience in claims processing or handling claims utilization data preferred.
• Experience in Insurance, Finance, and Pharma contracting domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Managed Care Rebates.
• Download, log and track rebate and contract submissions.
• Run and create reports/analysis in Excel spreadsheets and other software packages to support payment reviews and approvals.
• Ensure rebate calculations are in compliance with contractual terms.
• Reconcile and document any rebate variances.
• Resolve errors and disputes within the rebate system per defined rules and procedures.
• Follow defined business processes and guidelines to perform analyst tasks.
• Provide updates to team leads on delivery status of tasks.
• Ensure department SLAs and quality expectations are met.
• Prepare and analyze ad hoc reporting.
• Support ad hoc projects.

Your mission at IntegriChain:

To help ensure success of high quality and on time delivery of rebate claims processing for IntegriChain’s Managed Services Customers.

What this role entails:

• Process Managed Care Rebates
• Download, log and track rebate and contract submissions
• Run and create reports/analysis in Excel spreadsheets and other software packages to support payment reviews and approvals
• Ensure rebate calculations are in compliance with contractual terms
• Reconcile and document any rebate variances
• Resolve errors and disputes within the rebate system based on defined set of rules and procedures
• Follow and ensure compliance with defined business processes and pre-established guidelines to perform analyst functions
• Provide updates to team leads/management as required on delivery status of assigned tasks
• Ensure department SLA’s and quality expectations are met
• Prepare and analyze ad hoc reporting
• Support ad hoc projects

• Rebate claims are delivered on time and are of high quality
• Data and contracts are downloaded within required SLAs
• Compliance with department business processes
• Proactive and clear communication with Team Lead and other business partners

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, along with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to rapidly learn new software systems and processes

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Graduate of finance, accounting, or information management preferred
• Experience in claims processing or handling claims utilization data is preferred
• Preferably worked in Insurance, Finance, and Pharma contracting domains as a Data Analyst/Claims Analyst/Rebate Analyst/Process Associate
• Experience with ICyte, Model N(Flex) or Model N(Powered by N) a plus
• Previous experience with Managed Care Rebates and Formulary review and determination is preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience, 3+years of overall experience
