Job summary

Marico is seeking an LCNC Applications Analyst to design, develop, deploy, and manage Low-Code / No-Code solutions across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Finance. You will work with business teams to translate requirements into scalable Mendix-based applications.

The role emphasizes feature development, UAT planning, deployment support, and ongoing governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA.
• Certification in Low Code/No Code Mendix development preferred.
• 2-3 years of LCNC application development, DevOps, or Infra support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new features and enhancements with proper documentation and sign-off.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, UAT planning, and deployment support.
• Develop workflows, forms, data models, and integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Anaplan and HRMS.
• Design, build and configure business applications using LCNC platforms such as Mendix.

Purpose of the role

Marico has undertaken an aggressive growth target to double turnover in the coming few years. In order to help achieve this, it is necessary to relook at all business processes, esp. cross functional ones and decide the core and non-core processes which Marico should focus on.

The LCNC Applications Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) applications to automate and digitize key business processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Finance. The role requires working closely with business teams to understand functional requirements and build scalable LCNC solutions, primarily on Mendix.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA.
• Certification in Low Code / No Code Mendic development is preferred.
• 2- 3 years of experience in LCNC application development, DevOps, or Infra support.

Intermediate / Advanced certification on LCNC Mendix Tool is preferred.
