Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an Internal Audit and IFC professional to strengthen our governance framework. The role offers exposure to end-to-end audits, policy adherence, and robust data analysis to identify risk indicators.

You will coordinate with process owners, verify documents, and support statutory and internal audits, leveraging SAP and MS Office tools. A commerce or management degree with CA/CMA inter is preferred, with 1–3 years of related experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in audit or finance.
• Degree in Commerce or management, or professional CA/CMA.
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance processes.

Key Responsibility

Internal Audit & Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

• Participate in end‑to‑end audits, perform walkthroughs, sample testing, and documentation.
• Support in document verifications and checking.
• Coordinate evidence collection from process owners and maintain audit trails.

Compliance & Governance Monitoring

• Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, Delegation of Authority, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in policy reviews, compliance checks, and monitoring activities.
• Facilitate statutory, internal, and management audits with timely data support.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.

Qualification

• Bcom/ Mcom/ BBA/ MBA OR CA / CMA (Inter)

Experience

1-3 years experience in audit, finance

Additional Technical Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of financial areas, internal audit
• Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Excel, PPT, Word
