Job summary

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. This role supports the administration and operational delivery of global share plan programmes across multiple business areas and regions through data processing and analytics.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Group Finance, Group Tax and People teams to ensure accurate record keeping, data maintenance and regulatory processes, while providing business insights from share plan data.

Qualifications

• Analyzes data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint and Word are advantageous.

Role Summary:

Supports the administration and operational delivery of global share plan programmes across multiple business areas and regions through data processing and analytics. This role may require collaboration across multiple partner groups including employees, People teams, external service providers and Business Manager communities. Global Share Plans services our internal customers to the highest standard within a highly codified governance framework which touches on legal, regulatory, tax and broader People aspects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Senior Manager, Global Share Plans in all aspects of annual/cyclical share plan activity and transformation projects.
• Works closely with the share plan administrator and internal partner teams, including Payroll, Group Finance, Group Tax, Company Secretariat, People Partners and Global Mobility, to ensure smooth operation of the share plans programme, including accurate record keeping and data maintenance.
• Supports LSEG partners by providing business insights through share plan data analysis.
• Supports and operates regulatory processes, including share dealing permissions and market disclosures in relation to share plan transactions.

Skills and experience

• Analysis data to ensure accuracy, and identify any discrepancies for further investigation, if needed.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word desirable, but not required.
• Demonstrates analytical and numerical reasoning along with problem-solving skills, including close attention to detail.
