Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a data specialist to lead customer data cleaning and enrichment programs for its North America business. You will ensure master data quality across ERP, CRM, and related systems, driving data migration and governance.

Role requires 4–6 years’ experience in customer data analysis, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Azure, Salesforce, and SAP. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential to meet SLAs and deliver accurate analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer data cleaning and enrichment projects for Eaton’s North America business.
• Ensure that customer data meets required quality.

• Coordinate with IT teams (TPH, Reltio, ERP) and business stakeholders.
• Migrate data from ERP to CRM as per standard and plans.

• Identify data gaps and close them with data owners.
• Ensure data integration between ERP tools works as expected.
• Meet SLA & TAT for activities and communicate progress to leads.

Job description

What you’ll do:

This role warrants leading Customer data cleaning and enrichment related projects for Eaton’s electrical North America business. Ensure that the customer data meets the required data quality. The candidate will also be responsible for Address clean-up, Hierarchy assignment and management, selling relationship assignment and management.

• Work directly with the sales and marketing teams in ES EMEA to improve the customer master data in Customer data hub (TPH), Reltio, ERP & CRM.
• Support co-ordination and collaboration with various IT teams (TPH, Reltio, ERP) and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with FA and Business to migrate data from ERP to CRM as per standard and plans.
• Execute data cleaning and sanitization process in the ERP and CRMs.
• Support improve the customer data quality by identifying the data gaps and closing them with the help of the business data owners.
• Make sure that data integration between various ERP and tools work as expected.
• Meet the SLA & TAT for the activities as agreed by the business.
• Effectively communicate project progress and updates to team leads and stakeholders.

## Qualifications:

Graduation in Computer Science or Engineering in any stream Experience of 4 to 6 years in customer data analysis and management and data migration

## Skills:

• Candidate must be good in understanding the customer master data and find the anomalies in it.
• Candidate must have good understanding of data flow from ERP to Middleware and CRM and various connected systems.
• Working experience in Azure, Salesforce, C360 and SAP is good to have.
• Should have experience in data migration between tools.
• Hands on SQL experience is good to have.
• Self and Team management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others.
• Decision maker and enabler, must be attentive to details, innovative and with strong prioritization skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
