Job summary

Recur Club in Bengaluru seeks an Analyst to assist Capital Consultants in end-to-end deal execution. You’ll build lender-ready profiles, support financial analyses, manage key workflows, and help keep the capital engine running smoothly.

The role requires 0–2 years in financial services or related fields, a finance-related degree, strong analytical and Excel skills, and ownership mindset. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile and validate financial documents and client data.

• Support invoicing, collections, and operational tasks with the Ops team.
• Monitor portfolio performance and generate early warning signals.
• Liaise with lenders to schedule meetings and manage feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to sharpen deal insights.

As an Analyst, you'll work closely with our Capital Consultants and play a critical role in powering end-to-end deal execution. Your day-to-day will revolve around building lender-ready profiles, supporting financial analyses, managing key workflows, and keeping our capital engine running smoothly.
