Job description

What you’ll do:

Eaton announced on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton’s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

  • This individual will collaborate with a cross‑functional set of stakeholders across the Mobility business to drive improvements in planning for the EMEA region.
  • Communicates and coordinates with schedulers and SIOP for plan and execution updates.
  • Understands material requirements and processes requisitions to provide POs to suppliers.
  • Works closely with external suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery of material to plant.
  • Executes exception messages (postponement/anticipation/cancellation of orders) and manages internal escalations.
  • Monitors KPI of internal teams and provides a plan of action to mitigate risk and stoppage gaps.
  • Resolves internal discrepancies with operations and external issues with suppliers (delivery issues, claims, quality issues, etc.).
  • Works closely with logistics partners and suppliers for material delivery as per incoterms.
  • Evaluates and monitors supply performance (SOTD) and works with suppliers and category managers to implement corrective/preventive actions for on‑time performance improvement.
  • Manages supplier invoice and supports resolution of holds for timely payments.
  • Maintains inventory levels of materials in accordance with objectives for optimized inventory level.
  • Coordinates with Supplier Quality and suppliers for RMA of defective parts and related reverse logistics.
  • Works with Engineering, Product Managers and CMs for ramp up and down of suppliers.
  • Maintains relevant purchasing data (specific to price through SPIR policy) and other purchasing data (unit price change, supplier lead time, MIN‑MAX, FLM, DTS, single/dual sourced, etc.) in collaboration with Data Health and Commodity team.
  • Utilizes all digital tools available for SCM for maximized efficiency.
  • Resolves warehouse/plant put‑away issues.

This role is for the Mobility business.

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in Materials Planning / SCM.
  • Graduate with a Master’s degree (preferably in Materials / Production / Operations Management). Engineering Graduate preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑function collaboration skills (including leadership‑level interactions).
  • Deep functional expertise in material planning, MRP, replenishment strategies, and inventory management (forecast accuracy, DOH, coverage).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities with a focus on execution and results.
