The role involves executing project tasks accurately and on time, performing basic data analysis and validation, and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, the position aims to build foundational knowledge in supply chain principles and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance data-driven decision-making and solutions. This role requires you to operate in the 1.30pm to 10.30pm shift.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES*** **Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL)*** + Perform extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources like GCP, SQL, AFO, and SAP ERP for low-complexity projects. + Create database queries and scripts using SQL and BigQuery for data manipulation and analysis.* **Business Intelligence Development*** + Develop and maintain BI solutions, including interactive tools, automation, and data visualizations in Tableau. + Conduct basic data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of deliverables. + Work with senior team members and data engineers to refine data models and improve BI assets.* **Delivery Execution*** + Execute assigned project tasks with precision, ensuring all deliverables are met within the established timelines and project scope. + Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactively call out potential risks and seek guidance from senior team members to ensure thorough risk management. + Develop & demonstrate basic knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive better solutions and analysis.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**• **Education:**Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Mandatory).• **Experience:**1+ years of experience in data development, analysis, or visualization, with demonstrated technical acumen.• **Technical Skills**: Expertise in data ETL, SQL/BigQuery query writing, and visualization best practices. Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Advanced Excel, Tableau, and SQL Server.• **Soft Skills:** Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities and a positive, constructive attitude.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, with a B.E. or B.Tech. in the relevant discipline.• Professional Certifications: SQL, GCP, Tableau, Excel• Basic understanding of Supply Chain or CPG industry
