Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking an Analyst to join the Real Estate advisory team. The role involves research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, and high-quality financial modeling to support client decisions.

You will execute project work with some business development duties, prepare market reports, and present findings. Site inspections and documentation are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Real estate advisory exposure including research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest and best use reports, and financial modeling.
• Self-driven execution with client query handling; primarily project delivery with business development support.
• Report writing for feasibility, market research, financial modeling, and presentations.
• Maintain database of projects, developers and investors.
• Site inspections and presentation/documentation work.
