Job summary

Connectpro Management Consultants in Bengaluru seeks an Analog Design Engineer / Sr. Principal Analog Design Engineer with a strong background in analog/mixed-signal circuit design to lead and execute critical development work.

The role requires hands-on experience with LDO, ADC, PLL and related verification activities, along with the ability to mentor peers, drive design reviews, and guide the technical strategy for IP development. Exposure to image sensor design is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal Circuit Design.
• Hands-on experience with LDO, ADC, PLL and other analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Experience in Analog Verification and design validation.
• Exposure to Image Sensor Design is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design analog/mixed-signal circuits and validate them through rigorous verification.
• Lead design reviews, trade-off decisions and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the adoption of new EDA tools, technologies, and design methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of test plans and productization of analog blocks.

Analog Design Engineer / Sr. Principal Analog Design Engineer

Experience:

• Staff Analog Design Engineer: 412 Years
• Sr. Principal Analog Design Engineer: 12-16 Years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal Circuit Design
• Strong fundamentals in Analog Circuit Design
• Hands-on experience with LDO, ADC, PLL, and other analog/mixed-signal blocks
• Experience in Analog Verification and design validation
• Proficiency in SKILL, Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL scripting is preferred
• Experience in Analog Test / Productization for senior-level positions
• Exposure to Image Sensor Design is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with new EDA tools, technologies, and design methodologies

Additional Requirements – Sr. Principal Role

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 12-16 Years of relevant Analog Design experience across multiple semiconductor technologies
• Proven technical leadership experience
• Strong experience in Semiconductor / IP Development
• Ability to lead technical discussions, design reviews, and design trade-off decisions
• Experience in defining and driving technical strategy and architecture
