Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed Review PPTs, lead review meetings, and close action items.
• Ensure designs meet PPA (Performance, Power, Area) goals.
• Collaborate with layout team to address and fix layout issues.
• Pass all QA checks as per client requirements.
