A leading technology firm in Delhi is seeking a Software Developer to design and implement innovative software solutions. You will work closely with teams in India and Germany, ensuring quality and maintainability of code. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science and solid knowledge in C++. Job description

Responsibilities

• Absorb processes, quality standards and the development environment from R&S Germany.
• Design, implement and integrate new software solutions/features while adhering to coding standards and best practices, working closely with the Germany-based engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with RS India and RS Germany teams, with occasional business trips to Germany.
• Ensure software quality and successful quality gates together with the test‑automation team by refactoring and documenting the existing codebase to improve maintainability and testability.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Computational Engineering, Information and Communication Technology or a comparable field.
• Solid knowledge of C++ and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience with DevOps paradigms, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven work experience of 0–5 years.
• Skilled in debugging techniques and in the usage of test frameworks for creating unit tests.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Independent, goal‑oriented working style with a strong desire to learn.
• Adaptability to learn additional programming languages is an added advantage.
• High level of teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Python.
