Job Summary

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategic business plans to expand our market share in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Center solutions. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and proven sales expertise in B2B technology domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales managers/executives across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create go-to-market plans for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Center offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical and presales teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
  • Drive large enterprise deals and partnerships with OEMs and technology vendors.
  • Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify growth areas.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR) for smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 10-20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Data Center / IT Hardware sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
