Job description

Aimbiz Global is seeking a professional in Global Transfer Pricing and general tax and regulatory compliance. This Bangalore-based role is open for remote work for candidates with great potential. The candidate will be responsible for executing transfer pricing projects across multiple countries (including India), handling general tax and compliance duties, and actively engaging in business development to grow the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, CbCR) for multiple countries
2. Conduct benchmarking analyses (functional, industry, economic)
3. Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS compliance
4. Handle international tax and related assignments
5. Support client engagements in advisory, documentation, and litigation
6. Draft intercompany agreements and review global TP policies
7. Engage in business development activities
8. Manage tax authority interactions and audits
9. Perform miscellaneous assignments (business consulting, tax, GST, valuation, compliance, advisory services)
10. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients on cross-border matters
11. Contribute to thought leadership and proposals
12. Develop strategies to acquire new clients and arrange meetings (domestic and overseas)

Qualifications:

• CA Inter / CA / CMA / CS / B.COM / M.COM / MBA / Economics Graduate with relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, global TP frameworks, and tax laws
• Good analytical, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency in benchmarking databases (TP Catalyst, Onesource, etc.)
• Enterprising, proactive, well-organized, and a self-starter
