Job summary

Alteryx Admin position in India requires hands-on administration of Alteryx Server environments. Responsibilities include installations, migrations, high availability setups, and day-to-day server management in Windows.

You will manage sites, projects, permissions, and AD integration while delivering usage reports. The role also covers SSO troubleshooting, 2nd line support, and development of SOPs for Alteryx operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, migration and upgrade of Alteryx Servers under High Availability.
• Conduct performance analysis of existing Alteryx Servers and recommend best practices.
• Administer Alteryx Servers in Windows environment on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage sites and projects collections and configure project permissions.
• Provide periodic reports on Alteryx Server usage.
• Publish Power BI workbooks and data extracts; manage Alteryx workflows, apps and macros.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory integration with Alteryx Server.
• Troubleshoot SSO issues for Alteryx Server using SAML authentication.
• Provide 2nd line support to user community on Alteryx Server and Desktop issues.
• Create Alteryx-related SOPs.
