We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, managing cross‑functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Oversight: Oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Guide and manage project managers and delivery teams.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed plans.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate human and material resources across projects.
- Assess team members’ skills and expertise to align them with suitable projects.
- Balance workload, capacity, and project priorities to maximize efficiency.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly understood, managed, and met.
- Proactively address client concerns, risks, or escalations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks that may impact timelines, scope, or quality.
- Define and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Continuously monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality assurance frameworks and processes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed internal and client quality standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous quality improvement across teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track performance metrics and KPIs for delivery effectiveness.
- Oversee preparation of delivery dashboards and management reports.
- Use data‑driven insights to improve decision‑making and delivery outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in delivery processes.
- Lead initiatives for process optimization and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and scalable delivery models.

- Strong experience in end‑to‑end delivery management and project governance.
- Proven leadership in managing large, cross‑functional teams.
