Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Algo Trader for a medium-frequency options strategy role within an established brokerage environment in India.

You will design and implement algorithmic options trading strategies in Python, backtest rigorously and deploy live strategies with robust risk controls. The ideal candidate has proven options trading experience and strong Python development skills, with hands-on work on pricing models and implied volatility.

• An established brokerage firm investing in proprietary trading is hiring an Algo Trader for medium-frequency options strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement algorithmic options trading strategies in Python with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and speed
• Analyse market data, historical trends and risk factors to continuously optimise trading algorithms
• Stay across options market trends, news and relevant economic indicators
• Conduct in-depth research on options pricing models, implied volatility and other factors influencing options trading
• Develop and implement risk management protocols in Python to monitor and manage exposure
• Communicate trading strategies, results and potential improvements to the team
• This is a dual gate and both halves are hard: proven options trading experience AND Python algorithmic development.
