Job Role & Responsibilities

Akums is currently hiring qualified and motivated candidates across the following departments:

1. Production Department

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety standards.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and process documentation.
• Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and production planning.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and validation activities.
• Implement QMS processes such as deviation handling, CAPA, and change control.
• Review and approve BMR/BPR, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit standards.
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives.

3. Quality Control (QC)

• Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
• Document results accurately as per regulatory requirements.
• Support stability studies and ensure timely completion of laboratory activities.

4. Microbiology Department

• Conduct microbial limit testing, sterility tests, and environmental monitoring.
• Validate sterilization cycles and handle culture media preparation.
• Ensure compliance with aseptic practices in controlled environments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• D.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines)

Experience:

Skills Required:
